Dr. Inder Mohan Khaneja has over 60 years of frontline experience in the construction industry and is a well respected industry figure. Mr. Sumit Khaneja, former CEO of Som Datt Builders (India and International), is now heading the Collage Group as Group Chairman.

Mr. Sumit Khaneja is supported by Mr. Amit Khaneja, the Vice Chairman of the Collage Group. He oversees finance and new business development activities of the group.

CanSupport provides palliative care to cancer patients living in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) of India.

Palliative Care helps people facing a life limiting condition such as cancer to be free of avoidable pain and suffering, to maintain their personal dignity and independence and to be emotionally and socially comfortable. Action For Autism (AFA) is now the primary organization in South Asia specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related pervasive developmental disabilities. AFA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to:

facilitate a barrier free environment - informational, attitudinal and physical – to create opportunities for education, employment and socialization for persons with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

act as a catalyst for change and build community responsibility for mainstreaming of all persons with ASD

Shikhar Development Foundation (SDF) the not for profit Microfinance Institution registered as a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, came into existence with intent to develop and implement community focused development interventions. SDF envisages to leverage the benefits of micro-lending to the marginalized rural and urban communities through sequential lending providing both savings and loan facilities at various levels.
